🚨Rules🚨:
> All Deposits are Non-Refundable
> A Passport is required to book this trip
> All Cancellations must be made by November 1, 2026 in order to get a refund minus deposit
> Cancellations made after November 1, 2026 will result in you loosing all funds paid unless you find a replacement so that you can recoup your money
> If monthly payments are not paid as scheduled, you will be dropped from the trip after the second monthly payment has not even received
> Failure to attend due to illness will result in you losing your money unless there is a waitlist or you send a replacement in your place
🚨TERMS AND CONDITIONS 🚨
- Submitting a deposit and payments, signifies your acceptance to these terms and conditions.
- All Deposits to Grown & Sexy Travels llc are non-refundable and non-transferable. All payments made must be canceled by the dates stated in this agreement. This is because Grown & Sexy Travels llc has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds once you have exceeded past those dates.
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required.
- Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.
- Bookings must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport and/or your government issued state ID.
- I recommend Travel Insurance that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, illnesses and more.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. I suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
- Name changes may or may not be allowed and is up to the discretion of the vendor. Often a name change fee may be charged to make this change so please be careful when making roommate selections.
- Late final payment fee of $125 is required after final due date. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
- All late payment requests must be approved by me before the payment due date.
